At ENGLOTECH LIMITED, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when returning goods.
- Consumer Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing goods for personal use (not for resale or business purposes) have the right to cancel their order and return goods within 14 days of receipt.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Orders valued at £42 or less, which are exempt under the regulations.
- Goods that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
- Business-to-Business (B2B) Returns
Orders placed by businesses are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. Business purchases are considered final.
Returns from business customers will only be accepted if the goods are defective, and any such return must be agreed upon in advance and is at our discretion.
