- Introduction
Welcome to ENGLOTECH LIMITED (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions of sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms apply to all transactions made via our website, phone, or other sales channels.
- Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Returns
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing goods for personal use (not resale or business use) have the right to cancel and return orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions: Orders valued at £42 or less may not be eligible for cancellation rights under these regulations.
Business Sales (B2B): Business orders are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. Returns for business customers will only be accepted at our discretion and in the case of defective products. More information is available on the UK government website.
- Reselling of Products
Our products are designed and packaged for end users. If you choose to resell our products, you do so at your own risk and accept the terms applicable to business transactions. ENGLOTECH LIMITED is not responsible for compliance with resale laws, packaging regulations, or relabeling requirements in your jurisdiction.
- Packaging Notice
Goods are packaged for consumer use. Any party reselling our products is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with local resale requirements, including proper packaging and labelling.
- Reporting Defective or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@englotech.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Reports made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Delivery & Safe Place Policy
6.1 Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned, and you will be refunded for the item cost, excluding shipping fees. Any shortfall between actual shipping costs and what was paid may also be deducted.
6.2 Pallet Deliveries
Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and require someone to be present. Delivery drivers are not obliged to move items beyond the kerb.
6.3 Remote or Offshore Areas
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes to remote or offshore areas.
6.4 Delivery Delays
We aim to meet stated delivery timelines, but ENGLOTECH LIMITED is not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.5 Transfer of Risk
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are delivered to the provided address or designated safe place. Title of goods remains with us until payment has been made in full.
6.6 Usage at Your Own Risk
Products should be installed, stored, or used with due care. ENGLOTECH LIMITED is not liable for damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation. Installation services, where applicable, may incur additional charges.
- Pricing and Errors
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
We are not obliged to honour orders placed at incorrect prices caused by typographical or system errors.
- Price Match (If Applicable)
If you believe you’ve found the same product at a lower published UK price under identical terms (brand, warranty, delivery), contact us for a price match. The competitor must have the item in stock. Delivery fees and hidden charges will be considered in the comparison.
This excludes comparisons with any company affiliated with ENGLOTECH LIMITED.
- Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold with a one-year return-to-base warranty. You are responsible for returning the item to us in case of a warranty claim. Warranty specifics may vary per product.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENGLOTECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss related to the use or purchase of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the price paid for the affected goods.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take immediate effect. It is your responsibility to review them before placing an order.
